The man behind this wonderful place is Frédéric Vaucamps, the pastry chef from Northern France, who has poured his heart into our treats. Back in the 1980s, he revisited Merveilleux, making it incredibly light and irresistible. Naming his shop after this beloved cake in 1997, it quickly became a hotspot for goodies like cramiques and Belgian waffles.
Through the cakes and pastries, Frédéric shares the joy of savouring life's little pleasures the French way. So come on over to Aux Merveilleux de Fred and taste the magic!
